Which Cooler Size is Right for You?
Each of our coolers is designed to hold the advertised volume of breast milk, but the exact amount may vary based on factors such as the volume of milk in your bags, the type of bags used, and how the milk was frozen. For the most efficient use of space, we recommend using bags that are frozen completely flat and filled with 5 ounces or less.
What If I Have More Than 350 Ounces?
Our largest shipping coolers can accommodate up to 350 ounces of milk. If you need to send more than this, we will provide multiple coolers based on the total volume you wish to ship.
Our “Minimum Volume Guarantee”
We guarantee that if you’re unable to fit the minimum volume advertised for your selected cooler size, we’ll issue a prorated refund for the difference.
Are There Extra Fees for Sending More Than the Advertised Volume?
Never! You won’t be charged any additional fees if you exceed the advertised volume for your cooler size. We’ll freeze-dry everything you send for one flat rate—no hidden costs.
Not Sure How Much Milk You Have?
If you’re uncertain about the amount of milk in your stash, don’t worry! We weigh everything upon arrival at our facility to ensure accuracy. To estimate the cooler size you need, try placing your milk in a box and weighing it while standing on a bathroom scale. Subtract your own weight, and you’ll have a good estimate. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to ensure you have enough room. And with our minimum volume guarantee, you won’t pay for more than you use!
